Good Day!

In behalf of my client, she would like to express her good intention of interest in the
purchase of your property for the amount of Php 5,000,000,000.00. She has existing businesses and
investments. One of which, she will need to pull-out her shares in order for her to collect to fund her
offer to you. It is a corporation that involve certain people whom are close to their family. She
intends to keep her transaction with you privately due to "present family issues". Nothing illegal.
She wants to be honest with you and hope that you may help us through your cooperation in this
matter.
She is serious in her intentions. This is a big decision that she has to take and needing cooperation.
