( TENANT )

I , RRYSSEL TUNGUL MARIANO , of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 595 Batangas East, Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa
after being duly sworn to , under oath and in accordance with the law , do hereby depose and state that :

1. I Lessee, rented the property at 595 Batangas East , Ayala Alabang Village sin December 6,2021 until December 5,
2022.
2. That I confirming we’re just only 6 PERSONS plus helpers and driver namely :
2.1 Lin Guang - Resident 2.4 Yan Anlin – Personal Chef
2.2 Su Zigian – Personal Assistant 2.5 Bella Guevarra Plazo – Househelp
2.3 Huang Hao – Interpreter 2.6 Anthony Tabora Gabot – Driver

3. That as tenant allowing the security of the village to inspect the house if necessary, ordered by the AYALA ALABANG
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.

4. That any AAVA violation incurred, Lessee will immediately be EVICTED from the village and NO REFUND on the
Rental unused neither Deposit from the owner.

5. I hereby state and recognize that this AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING and the foregoing statement made herein
effective amends and supplements the Contract of Lease executed with RRYSSEL MARIANO.

6. I attest to the truthfulness and veracity of all the foregoing circumstances and undertaking and for whatever legal
purposes this may be serve.

AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I Manolo Dayanghirang, of legal age, Filipino, and property owner with address at Block 67 Lot 1 laguna Belair 3 , Biñan ,
Laguna after being duly sworn to, under oath and in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. Ms Rryssel Tungul Mariano entered into a lease contract with Mr Manolo Dayanghirang for a house located at 595
Batangas East from Dec. 6, 2021 until Dec 5,2022.

2. I hereby recognized and imposed on the Lessee the rules and regulations of Ayala Alabang Village Association “(AVAA)”,
foremost of all , as already stated in the Contract of Lease shall be used as single family , her / their immediate family
and household staff for residential use only as follows:
2.1 Rryssel Mariano – Tenant 2.5 Su Zigian – Personal Chef
2.2 Lin Guang – Tenant 2.6 Bella Guevarra Plazo – Househelp
2.3 Huang Hao – Personal Assistant 2.7 Anthony Tabora Gabot – Driver
2.4 Yang Anlin – Interpreter

3. I hereby undertake that I shall recognize and abide by the decision of Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA) in the
event that the Lessee shall be found to have been in violation of any of it’s rules and regulations and protocols.
3.1 We allow to inspect the house by the security in case there is a violation.
3.2 We accept request meeting recognized by the AAVA Homeowners Association if necessary.
3.3 The Lessee understood the consequences of a major violation shall immediately request to terminate the existing
contract.
4. I also hereby declare that I will comply and fully cooperate with Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA) if in the event
of any violations result in the eviction of the Lessee from the Leased property as well as from the village.
5. The Lessee will not make any illegal activities such as commissary kitchen, drugs, gambling and cyber or prostitution
activities.
6. I hereby state that this AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING and the foregoing statement made herein effectively amends and
supplements the Contract Of Lease executed with Ms. Rryssel T Mariano.
7. I attest to the truthfulness and veracity of all the foregoing circumstances and undertaking and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve.
