AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, YOUNG BONG PARK, of legal age, Korean national, married and residing at No. 29 Visayas
Street, Ayala Alabang Village, Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1780, after having sworn to in accordance
with the law, state the following that:

1. On 9th October 2021, I entered on a Contract of Lease (the “Contract”) with PATRICK
STEVEN S. ROJAS (the “Lessor and Owner”) of a residential property located at No. 29
Visayas Street, Ayala Alabang Village, Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1780, effective
October 15, 2021 until October 14, 2022.

2. As the Lessee of the Subject property, I hereby state that I shall abide by the provisions stated
in the Contract and all the rules and regulations of Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA)
as setforth.

3. I also declare that the Subject property shall be solely for residential use and for my immediate
family members only.

4. Accordingly, I hereby undertake that in the event that I shall be found in violation of any rules,
regulations and protocols issued by AAVA, I shall peacefully leave and vacate immediately the
Subject property and the Ayala Alabang Village.

5. I hereby state and recognize that the statements made herein supplement the Contract of Lease.

6. I am willingly and voluntarily executing this AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING to attest to the

truth of the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purposes this may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this ______ day of October 2021 at
