AFFIDAVIT OF ADMINISTRATOR

I, JUNALYN MACAN UY, Filipino, of legal age, single and currently residing
at Acapulco Street, Labo, Ozamiz City, after being sworn in accordance with law,
hereby state and declare that :

1. That I am the administrator of the estate of REA M. MALABRIGO.

2. That such estate includes a parcel of land particularly described as Cadastral Lot
No. 9494, covered by Tax Declaration No. 12-029427.

3. That I have also been in current and uninterrupted possession of the

aforementioned Cadastral Lot NO. 9494.

4. That I have also given my consent to my caretaker JAY R. MAJORENOS who built
his house in the said parcel of land above.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and for the purpose
of complying with the requirements for electrical connection or for whatever legal
purposes it may serve.
