  AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, RUTH ANTONIO BENITO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married with residence at
Bacolod City and in my capacity as the Co-Owner, after being duly sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and say, that:
1. I am the Co-Owner of the Transfer Certificate of Title T-219996 registered in the
names of Ruth Antonio Benito married to Joel Benito ½ share and Nathan Antonio,
single ½ share with an area of EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TEN
( 88,610) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

2. That the said title have an annotation “Notice of Adverse Claim” under entry no.
433401, dated November 29, 2002 executed by Elizabeth Puey.

3. That the said annotation is no longer valid and the 30 days validity period of the said
annotation has lapsed and no additional adverse claim was executed by the same
person.

4. I hereby request the Register of Deeds of Kabankalan City to cancel or cause the
cancellation of the annotation of the Affidavit of Adverse Claim on TCT No. T-
219996

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all the foregoing and
for all other legal intents and purposes.
