I am writing this letter with reference to the Contract no. SMP-003 with the project name “ Demolition
Works at admin building ’’ retention amounting to Php 8,500.00 , Contract no. SMP-0004 with the
project name “ Board-up works at Brgy. Roadside ’’ retention amounting to Php 2,186.73 and
Contract no. SMP-007 with the project name “ Demolition Works Beside Warehouse 2 ’’ retention
amounting to Php 11,113.03 located at Barangay Tugbongan Consolacion .We would like to request for
the release of the retention of the said projects .

We, therefore, request you to please have the above mention retention money released at the earliest. We
will make sure that we continue to offer our services without any delays or discrepancies.
