Dear Mayor Michael L. Rama,

We, the organizer of Cebu AdventouRally V3 (CAR) 700 kilometer endurance challenge would like to
ask permission from your good office to conduct this kind of event on January 12,13,14, 2024 -Friday –
Sunday at Cordova Cebu Sports Complex at 7W2X+7V3, Juan Sitoy St, Poblacion, Cordova, 6017
Cebu.

The said event will be participated over a hundred motorcycle enthusiasts that composed of underbones
(small bikes), scooters and big bikes that will traverse from Cordova going all the way to northern part of
the Province of Cebu.

The kick-off time will be at 2:00 AM on January 13, 2024 (Saturday) and from the assembly area in a span
of 20 minutes, the riders are already outside the jurisdiction of Cordova. They will pass CCLEX on this day.

This event has many stops that will focus on the different tourist spots in Cebu to promote our culture and
heritage to the whole world as our motorcycle riders will take selfies and upload this in their different social
media platforms.

Of course we are promoting our pride CCLEX (Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway) the longest bridge in
the Philippines.
This CAR 700 would last 24 hours (maximum) from start to finish the endurance all throughout Cebu to
avoid the unforeseen untoward incident.

The success and our good intention to promote our beloved Cebu lies big on your favourable approval on
this matter as we had in our last CAR 700 held at Plaza Independencia last January 6,7,8, 2023.
