PROGRAM VERSION

DIFFRAC.EVA V.5.2.0.3, dated 18.12.2019
The individual Bruker AXS executable files have the version numbers 8.0.0.0, 7.6.0.1, 4.0.12.0,
1.5.1.0, 1.1.0.0, 1.0.7290.x, and 1.0.0.0 (x is a build number).

Documentation Addition
See "DIFFRAC.EVA Manual Addendum.pdf" in the “Documents” folder on the installation disk or in the
Windows Start Menu folder for DIFFRAC.EVA, sub-folder “Help”, for a description of features, which
are not contained in the manual.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Operating system
- Windows 10, Windows 8 or 8.1, Windows 7

Minimum hardware configuration

With the minimum configuration, EVA can be installed, but performance will be lower than expected.
- 2.0 GHz or higher CPU
- 2 GB RAM
- 0.5 GB of free hard disk space (no search/match database installed)
- 1024 x 768 pixel screen size
- 32bit operating system

Recommended hardware configuration

- 3.0 GHz or higher dual-core CPU
- 6 GB RAM
- 2 GB and more of free hard disk space, depending on the installed search/match databases
- 1920 x 1080 pixel screen size
- 64bit operating system

Recommended hardware configuration for 2D frame data evaluation

- 3.0 GHz or higher quad-core CPU
- 8 GB RAM
- 10 GB and more of free hard disk space, depending on the installed databases and the
number and size of frames
- 1920 x 1200 pixel screen size
- 64bit operating system
- For maximum speed a solid-state disk (SSD) is recommended as system disk.
