Her Life
Tatiana de Rosnay is a French and
British writer born in Neuilly-sur-Seine,
France, on September 28, 1961. She is
known for her historical and
contemporary fiction novels, many of
which have been international
bestsellers.
Studies
Rosnay grew up in France and the United
States and studied English and American
literature at the University of East Anglia in
Norwich, England. After graduating, she
worked as a literary journalist and art critic
in Paris.
Written works
In 1992, he published his first novel in French, "En
attendant Bojangles", which was a great critical and
public success and won several literary prizes. However,
it wasn't until the publication of her novel "Sarah's Key"
in 2006 that she became an internationally renowned
author. The novel tells the story of a ten-year-old
Jewish girl who is arrested by the French police during
the Nazi occupation and separated from her family.
The novel was a worldwide bestseller and was adapted
for film in 2010.
Present
Since then, Rosnay has published several more
novels, including "A Secret Kept" (2010), "The House
I Loved" (2012), "The Other Story" (2013), and
"Manderley Forever" (2017), a biography From
"Rebecca" author Daphne du Maurier.

Rosnay is bilingual in French and English and writes


in both languages. She lives in Paris with her
husband and her two children.
