63626 - Recording absences: termination IT0001 incomplete

Symptom
If there are two infotype 0001-records (organizational change) and a time infotype record
stretching over the organizational change (or affecting both periods due to the collision
check), then when you create another time infotype (for example, absence), the system may
display error message P2839: "Infotype 0001 for date & does not exist or is incomplete for
&"

Reason and Prerequisites

Infotype 0001 does not exist completely in the internal table M0001. For the collision
check, however, the system must be able to access another period.

Solution
Under 'Corrections', you can find a source code correction to avoid the error. To implement
the change, proceed as follows.
1. Edit Include FP51ZE00.
2. Implement the changes described in the section headed 'Corrections' in the
attachment.
3. Check the main program SAPFP51Z.
