Have you ever thought about what your life would be like if

one of your parents ceased to exist? Well, for this little girl it
is not just a thought! Everything was going perfectly in the
family, parents had a stable job, the child was healthy and
intelligent, and, until that moment, nothing seemed to disturb
the harmony of the family! One day the girl's mother began to
feel worse and worse, until one day, without any explanation,
she died! After the death of his wife, the girl's father remarried
a woman who is evil at heart and full of interests, who does
not tolerate her stepdaughter, saying that it is a waste of
money and time, but especially that it would interfere with her
relationship with the girl's father! Things were starting to go
well, but things took a radical turn on the day before
Christmas, when it started to snow consistently, together with
a blizzard, where you wouldn't even take the dog outside! The
girl's stepmother, wanting to do some more money before the
coming of Christmas, he filled a basket with sweets and the
girl sent her to sell in the neighborhood! The girl, seeing the
storm outside, begged her mother to wait until the snow
subsided, but she did not agree, saying that she had better
hurry to sell everything from the basket until people go to
sleep! The girl tried to get her father to support her, but he, for
fear of losing his wife once more, did not intervene! So the
girl, in that sudden frost, he started selling sweets from the
basket! After selling sweets to everyone in the neighborhood,
there was only one house left on the street! Uni said it
belonged to a serial killer who had killed his wife and child in
cold blood! The little girl, being afraid to sell her products at
that house, decided to go home prematurely, without finishing
the sweets in the basket! Arriving home, her stepmother did
not let her enter the house, and her father did not get involved
this time either, so the little girl, almost frozen, started again in
the bitter cold to finish selling the sweets from the basket! She
looked sadly through the windows as other children of her age
sat in the warmth near the tree and opened their presents! She
could feel it from the neighboring houses a deep smell of
cakes, and carols could be heard in the distance! The little girl
thought to herself that she would also like to go to the
caroling, but with the family's situation she could not afford
this luxury, she was happy to have something to eat! She
arrived at the house in question, she didn't dare to knock on
the door, and decided to sit on the steps in front of the alleged
criminal's house and wait for a passer-by to sell her sweets!
But because of the cold and because most people were
celebrating on Christmas Eve n no one appeared on the road,
and the little girl was getting colder and sleepier, and she
began to lose her body, and a feeling of sleep began to
overtake her, but before she closed her eyes, she saw a bright
figure coming out of the house and extending his hands to her,
and a feeling of protective warmth enveloped her, after all it
turned black! When she woke up, she saw that she was in a
room she did not know, it looked like a spacious and clean
bedroom, with ornaments and paintings in every corner of the
room! While she was analyzing the room, a stranger who
seemed to be at most 30 years old wearing black clothes, as if
for mourning, entered the room with a plate whose contents
seemed to be breakfast, pancakes with syrup maple, muffins,
and an orange juice that looked like it had been freshly
squeezed! As soon as he walked in the door, the stranger
wished the little girl a "Merry Christmas"! Confused, the
stranger asked him who he was and what she was looking for
in this unknown room! The stranger, with pain in his voice,
answered that in a tragic accident he lost the little girl right on
Christmas Eve, in a car accident, and that his life changed for
the worse since then! But her face brightened and she said that
she was glad that she had the opportunity to atone for her
mistake, and to save someone right on Christmas Eve! The
stranger led the little girl back home, where her parents they
were unwrapping presents, as if everything was fine! Seeing
the parents' lack of concern and empathy, the stranger
contacted the authorities, hoping to obtain guardianship of the
little girl, who, to his surprise, did not protest. Thus, on
Christmas, a miracle happened and they received the most
beautiful gift anyone could wish for, a loving family!
