8.1 Emergency Switch Check

Make the emergency button at normal position when the emergency button is pressed before
giving electricity.

9. Electricity.

9.1 Connecting the system electric cable on to the console.

9.2 Electricity.

Be sure to check the rated voltage before connecting the power supply.
When installing the vehicle, check the charging status and voltage

stabilization status of the generator.

9.4 Main OP Power ON

After hearing the beep sound and lamp is on, then Main OP Power On.

System communication error may happen if you do not make proper

process.

 Equipment Power ON Order

Power Connection → Main Equipment Switch ON → PC ON → Main OP ON →

10. C-arm position.

Push the rotation switch and make it normal position.

Remove the packing material after normal.

Press the displayed switch to rotate the C-Arm.

When fixing the glass, move it to maximum high position and fix very
tightly.

14.1 Bucky Device

If the bucky device is not normally engaged, it is marked “No Device”.

If X-ray images are taken in this state, grid lines may occur.

 Normal Status: It is marked “Bucky”. (Magnification Device: It is marked “MAG”.)

19. Pinkview Software Setting

19.1 Pinkview-DR software Execute (Operator: SUPERVISOR, pw: BMS) – Capital letters.
Operator as SUPERVISOR and login, CONFIG tab activated. Login as Guest, CONFIG tab NOT
activated.

19.2 Add users

CONFIG – Software – Default Setting – Operator List (put user name) – Add – PW input –

Memory.

21.1 Putting patient information (ID, NAME, others) - Std. Exam Click.

(Std. Exam: RCC LCC RMLO LMLO, Exam: Set the position to for image)

24. Exposure routine

24.1 New Patient – Putting patient information (ID, NAME, others) – Start Exam Click

or

※ Emergency: It is possible to exposure immediately without inputting patient information.

24.2 Exposure mode → Select the position and X-ray exposure

25. Cautions

Cautions for installation.

25.1 At Manual mode, you can take x-ray image. But you must compress the target to get the x-ray

image at AEC Mode and Auto mAs mode.

25.2 Main System will not work if EMERGENCY Switch is pressed.

25.3 Maximum Compression force is 200N. On display, you find 210, 220. But more than

compression force shall display “----". No proper X-ray will be exposure. Please make the
compression force till 200N (Not more compression force)

25.4 Ex) Compression force is lower than the setting compression power. Move up and down

button on Sub OP. You set the maximum limit force level.

25.5 Safety function will work if you make more than 200N by manual. It is normal. Move the
compression paddle to the maximum lower position and move to the maximum high position.

25.6 For Pinkview-DR Plus, change the collimator exposure size to 18x24 for magnification image
exposure. (Normal Exposure Size: 24x30)

25.7 Test exposure ONLY with phantom. S09-01 Error may happen with metal material test with AEC
mode.

25.8 When Biopsy Mode is ON, automatic compression release will NOT work after exposure.

Please check the Biopsy mode is off when you do not use Biopsy mode.

25.9 When you rebooting the main system, please reboot Pinkview-Software also.

(Software should be executed ONLY AFTER the main system is completely ON)
