Endemic Species- Endemic Species are species that only live in a particular region on earth.
- Philippine eagle
- Philippine tarsier
- Tamaraw
Endangered- Endangered Species are species close to extinction because their numbers are
declining.
- Hawksbill sea turtle
- Irrawaddy dolphin
- Whale shark
Republic Act No. 9147, also known as the "Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act"
provides that it shall be the policy of the State to conserve the country's wildlife resources and
their habitats for sustainability. The act regulates the collection and trade of wildlife.
