Clearing msg "time for periodic maintenance" eStudio 4508A

Like the title reads we have a eStudio 4508A with "time for periodic maintenance"
message. We replaced the drum, developer and fuser unit but are unable find a
way to clear the message. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Hi:

From the control panel press User Functions. Then at the upper left corner of the
touch screen locate the red toolbox icon. Press and hold this for 2-3 seconds until
the copier beeps, then release it. Select the PM support tab from the new window
your in. From here you can select and clear the maintenance items that you have
replaced.

Thank you I pressed and held the red toolbox but its asking for a password any
clue what it is?

Sorry, forgot to include last step. Key in #1048# in the password box.
Resetting the Admin Password:

1. Turn off the power switch.

2. Hold then Press “0 & 8” while turning it on.

3. You Will Be in Test Mode Then, then press the “263” and “start” button.

4. You will see your DEFAULT PASSWORD 123456 on the screen, clear the old password and enter
the new password and press the "Start" key.

5. Then switch off the machine and turn it back on the power socket. You can see reset your
password.

8. The counter indicating "current number of prints and driving time" used for the PM
display function is
9. reset by entering "0" in it or clearing it in the PM support mode.

11. Even if "0" is entered in the PM management setting value of the setting mode (08),
the
12. corresponding counter for the PM display is not reset. Be sure to clear the counter in
the PM
13. support mode when the maintenance is finished.

19. When the current value of "CLEANER/DRUM" on the main screen or "DRUM" on the
