NOTES TO SCHEDULE I

1. Fees are subject to annual review and TGMI reserves the right to amend fees, if necessary.
2. Learners/participants following international courses are responsible for registering for membership, booking examinations,
renewing annual membership (if required) and meeting all fees for such with the respective international body. Books are
charged separately.
3. All tuition fees must be settled by the invoice due date.
4. In the event that one wants to withdraw or defer from the programme/course/module/unit, the participant MUST follow the
Procedures for Withdrawal or Deferment. A refund, where applicable, will be effected based on TGMI Fee Policy.
5. Credits from stand-alone courses can be transferred to the respective programme in line with the Credit Transfer Procedures.
6. CBE Exam fees must be paid at least FIVE DAYS prior to the booked exam date.

1. Fees are subject to annual review and TGMI reserves the right to amend fees, if necessary.

2. For in-house training, the maximum number of participants is 25. Any participant over and above will be charged SCR350.

3. For outdoor management courses, any participant over and above 25 will be charged SCR450.

4. For the purpose of one workshop, corporate participants refer to a group of participants being sponsored by a single
organization. The first five participants under this category will pay the same fee as individual participants, however each
additional participant will benefit from a 20% discount.

5. Irrespective of whether they are self-financing or sponsored, participants are required to settle their tuition fees in full at
the time of registration, before the short course commences. Refundable in accordance with TGMI Fee Policy (relevant
part extracted to Appendix 1 of schedules II, III, IV) should the participant opt out of the programme. Participants are
invoiced before the start of the training.

3. Learners attempting a resit exam will be required to settle TGMI resit fees for enrolled participants as well as the
International Exam courier fee.

4. ‘Enrolled Learners’ refer to participants who have followed the respective course with TGMI.

5. A special exam is offered when;

• a specific exam is not being offered in the year and a candidate request to sit for the exam earlier as a special exam
e.g. with the intention to graduate in an upcoming graduation;

• a course has stopped to be offered and the candidate needs to take the exam to complete a programme/course;

• an ACCA candidate requests to sit a computer-based Exam (CBE) on a date not listed in the open CBE Dates,
provided that TGMI meets the logistical requirements; and

• any other special exam as may be determined by the Assessment Board.
