Problem Description:
- Smart Waste Management Systems: Integrate smart
technologies into waste management systems to optimize
collection routes, reduce littering, and promote recycling
and composting. Sensor-based bins, waste sorting
stations, and public awareness campaigns can help
minimize the environmental impact of urban waste.
Insights:
* Integrating smart technologies into waste
management systems can optimize collection
routes, reduce littering, and promote recycling and
composting. This includes sensor-based bins for
real-time fill level monitoring, waste sorting
stations for automated segregation, and public
awareness campaigns using digital platforms. Data
analytics and predictive modeling help in decision-
making, while IoT-enabled fleet management
improves operational efficiency. These initiatives
create a sustainable waste management
infrastructure, enhancing resource recovery and
public health.

Stakeholders:
- Entrepreneurs and local business owners
Problem Description:
How might we create ecosystems that support the growth
and sustainability of local businesses and entrepreneurs,
fostering economic resilience and vitality within urban
communities?
User Needs:
* Supporting small business owners to promote
economy
* Huge company’s usually go for child labour as it is
cheap or they don’t pay their workers so this
eradicates this
Insights:
-A thriving ecosystem must be built by entrepreneurs and
for entrepreneurs — not for its institutions or investors.
Ecosystem builders must remember that entrepreneurs
should be the inspiration for initiatives, the most active
participants in plans, and the ultimate beneficiaries of
programs.
Challenge Question:
* How can we promote an ecosystem and hype for small
business owners overcoming the challenges faces to
promote economy and sustanability
Constraints:
- External factors such as market trends, financial climate,
local entrepreneurial culture, and politics can affect the
structure and functioning of startup ecosystems. Internal
factors include the sum of resources within the
ecosystem, such as people, time, money, and skills.
Goals and Objectives:
+ Increased employment rates
+ Access to investment capital
+ Increased tax income
+ Increased tourism income
+ Cultural exchange
«Improved living standard
+ Innovation and idea-sharing
+ International recognition

- Projector cable alternative tech
User Needs:
-Easy and time efficient way of connection using IOT
Insights:
Challenge Question:
«How can we achieve wireless connection between laptop
and projector since Laptop to projector mirroring is
usually done by a means of HDMI cable but this is
usually primitive and there are some limitations to this
such as loose connections and some devices aren't
compatible
Constraints:
* direct Bluetooth connection between a laptop and a
projector for video or screen mirroring is not a
common method. Bluetooth technology typically
supports audio devices, input devices like mice and
keyboards, and file transfer between devices.
Goals and Objectives:
* easy hassle free connection
* minimal limitationsName -Akanksha Veeramachaneni

Stakeholders:
-Beauty customers , cosmetic manufacturers , beauty stores
Problem Description:
-Shade matching in cosmetics using Al
User Needs:
* Precise math of shades based on skin type, race,
needs
- Using Al-enabled shade finder
Insights:
- When we buy cosmetics online finding the right shade for
your skin tone and skin type is extremely difficult but in
this world of AI we can use a facial scanner to help us
guide through the problem
Challenge Question:
+ How can we build this AI which works for everyone in
order to find the shade and the suitable product
Constraints:
- Cosmetic stores setting up a device which scans which
only some can afford to do
- Potentially increases the cost of the product
Goals and Objectives:
* Precise shade match to help customers buy the right
shade
* Promotes the market
* Startups finding the AI model are also benefitted and
can patent the product
