How might we create ecosystems that support the growth and sustainability of local
businesses and entrepreneurs, fostering economic resilience and vitality within urban
communities?
User Needs:
 Supporting small business owners to promote economy
 Huge company’s usually go for child labour as it is cheap or they don’t pay
their workers so this eradicates this
Insights:
 A thriving ecosystem must be built by entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs – not for its
institutions or investors. Ecosystem builders must remember that entrepreneurs should
be the inspiration for initiatives, the most active participants in plans, and the ultimate
beneficiaries of programs.
Challenge Question:
 How can we promote an ecosystem and hype for small business owners overcoming
the challenges faces to promote economy and sustanability
Constraints:
 External factors such as market trends, financial climate, local entrepreneurial culture,
and politics can affect the structure and functioning of startup ecosystems. Internal
factors include the sum of resources within the ecosystem, such as people, time,
money, and skills.
Goals and Objectives:

 Increased employment rates

 Increased tourism income

 Improved living standard
 Innovation and idea-sharing
