Part I.

Instruction:

Do you want to experience taking an emotional intelligence test and check your level of emotional
intelligence? Answer the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire developed by the organization “Leading
Across London”. This is a self-assessment questionnaire designed to get you thinking about the various
competences of emotional intelligence as they apply to you. (See attached form)

After your EI Test experience, What did you realize about yourself?

An emotional intelligence test helps me identify my areas of strengths and weaknesses.

After seeing the results of my EI test, I found out that I am weak at "motivating myself," but the
rest were good. This only tells me that I tend to pay attention more during my weakest points of
my life, and I don't have enough courage to overcome it, or maybe I do since I continue to wake up
every day and do things normally. Having all these results with me is very important to evaluate
myself, work on things that are needed, and, more importantly, function properly on a daily and
future basis. Moreover, the ET test made me realize how far I've grown up, how strong I am to
handle irregularities in myself, and of course, it taught me how to improve myself more in order to
have a better understanding of myself in order for me to live life with happiness.

Part II.

Think of humans as a social being. What do you think are their attributes/dimensions? Fill the
slices of the Pizza with those dimensions? Write it in your own words.
