Arrest by virtue of a valid warrant of arrest

Requisites of valid warrant of arrest:

• it must be issued upon "probable cause";

• probable cause must be determined personally by the judge;

• such judge must examine under oath or affirmation the complainant and the witnesses
produced; and

• particularly describing the person/s to be arrested
