Anxiety is an opportunity to realize non-duality.

When worry arises, see it as a chance to let go of the separate self and
realize your non-dual nature.
Anxious thoughts appear to threaten "you" - the small self who feels
vulnerable and alone. But they cannot touch your true self - the vast
awareness in which "you" appears as just one thought among many.
So when fear visits, set dualistic thinking aside for a moment. Reflect
instead on paradoxes like:
"If there is no 'me' separate from 'my' anxiety, what remains beyond this
fearful mind?"
"What inner peace is present now, beyond this dualistic 'me vs my
problems' thinking?"
"Who actually experiences this worry if the separate self is an illusion?"
As you realize there is no 'you' for fear to disturb at all, anxiety fades into
the background of consciousness. You realize all 'personal' problems are
equally illusory - arising in non-dual awareness itself.
Resolve to rest as that awareness - prior to anxious feelings and troubled
thinking. Let worried 'minds' come and go while you remain as the one
consciousness in which they appear.
With this spiritual perspective, anxiety cannot disrupt your peace for long.
Worry merely reveals that:
There is no separate self at all - only non-dual awareness itself, of
which anxious thoughts and peaceful thoughts are equal manifestations.
So when fear visits, see it as an opportunity to realize the spiritual truth of
your non-dual nature. Overcome duality by remembering: you are
the infinite consciousness in which fear - and all else - appears.
Abide as awareness itself - beyond every emotion, thought or identity.
anxiety fades away in the light of non-dual truth.
