II. PROJECT OVERVIEW

PROJECT PURPOSE This project proposes a 2-storey residential building with a purpose of giving a home to a family of 4.

The project aims to achieve several objectives, including adhering to the specified timeline, constructing a 2-storey
residential building within a budget of 3.5 million pesos, and following the guidelines of the National Building Code of
PROJECT OBJECTIVES the Philippines. Specifically, the construction entails creating a residence comprising one master bedroom with an en
suite walk-in closet and bathroom, one single-bed room, one guest room, one maid's room, one kitchen, two
bathrooms, one living room, one dining room, and one storage area.

PROJECT SCOPE The scope of work is the complete construction of the proposed 2-storey residential building.

The project involves several deliverables such as building construction, framing interiors, installing doors and windows,
partitioning, sliding, rough plumbing and electrical installation, insulation, and roofing. Other deliverables encompass
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES drywall installation, trim finishing, painting, finalizing electrical work, completing plumbing, and installing kitchen
countertops and cabinets. Finally, the project concludes with installing bathroom finishes, flooring, interior design
work, connecting to the main water and sewer lines, and creating a punch list for the contractor.

WORK SITE The location of the site is at Bennet Road, Forest Tree, Olongapo City, Zambales.

III. PROJECT RISKS, CONSTRAINTS, AND ASSUMPTIONS

The project faces several risks, including market inflation, unpredictable weather conditions, the uncertainties
