1. Some of my objectives for the sessions would be to firstly get to know each other.

think that we need to be comfortable with one another before we can coach

comfortably. Secondly, I want to know what my peers would like from me, and if I can

provide it for them. I have coached in the past from my job, which was always kind of

hard for me. So, I would also like the real-world practice of this.

2. My first top value is to be open and transparent. I like to make sure that my objectives

are clear to everyone. My second objective kind of goes hand in hand with the first,

communication. I take communication very seriously, even in my personal relationships.

You cannot expect something to change if you don't communicate the need for change.

Third, I value reliability. Whether that means doing what you say you will (or trying to the

best of your abilities) or being available for advice and help, within reasonable

circumstances. My fourth value is good work ethic. It frustrates me to see someone who

has no drive to work. Coaching people who are like that can be very difficult. Fifth is

dedication. There is a fine line on how much dedication you should have towards your

work or projects, but I like to have a good amount of dedication. Sometimes life can get

in the way of this one, so it can vary each time you are on a team.
