Project Scope Statement

Gender Reveal
Photoshoot
Project To capture photos of client’s daughter while also providing
Objective/Justification: the gender reveal of the client’s second baby in the photos
with client’s daughter.
Client needs photoshoot completed to create cards for
gender reveal for family members, as well as to post on
social media for friends and acquaintances to see.
Deliverables:  Contract of photoshoot, with details on pricing,
copywrite statement and agreement, and optional
package with digital and physical printed copies of
photos.
 Photoshoot props provided by photographer
 Digital copies of photos
 Physical copies of photos if client orders/buys
physical copies
Milestones: o Complete and signed contract – 6/03/2021
o Date and time set up for photoshoot – 6/03/2021
o Photoshoot begins at set time – 6/10/2021
o Photoshoot completed by set time (1 hour for
Gender Reveal Photoshoots) – 6/10/2021
o Photo uploading and editing completed (7 day turn
around, maximum) – 6/17/2021
o Digital photocopies delivered to client – 6/17/2021
o Physical photocopies delivered to client (if
purchased, extra two days for printing to be
completed and inspected before delivering to client)
– 6/20/2021
Requirements: High quality photos of daughter and gender reveal features,
proper lighting and white balancing, professional editing
provided, high quality physical prints provided (if
purchased), high-definition digital copies provided.
Constraints: Weather permitting; photoshoot will be outside, daughter
of client is a toddler (3 years old); may not cooperate for
posing and prop holding, 1 hour photoshoot time constraint
Assumptions: If weather is not permitting, we will plan to do the
photoshoot indoors at a local community center
If the client’s daughter is uncooperative, we will use what
photos we can and move on with the props in their own
photos
If we do not capture the requirement for deliverables, we
will reschedule for another day and time, free of cost to the
client.
