Terms and Conditions

This agreement has the entire understanding between CAPTURE and the Client.

Copyright
• The entire copyright of the pictures and videos is retained by CAPTURE.
• We will use the images and videos for social media and promotional activities for the profile.
Storage

• Once the shoot is over, Soft copies will be handed over to the client. It is the client's responsibility to
keep it safe.

• Client has to send us the hard disk, to collect the soft copies. In case, If the client is out of station, kindly
courier the hard disk to the mentioned address (address at the first page) with couple name and

mobile number and we will send it back to the same mentioned address.

• It is the client's responsibility to get the soft copies, within 1 month, after the function.

Payment Procedure

• 20% of the total amount has to be paid first, after confirming the booking.

• 90% of the total amount has to be paid, when the shoot is complete, on the same day
or next day. File backups and Post production works will be started only after this part.

• 10% of the balance payment has to be paid, while giving the printing confirmation.
• We accept the payments through net banking, cash and cheque. Once the payment is done, it is
compulsory to send an acknowledgment to us, without acknowledgement

from the client side, we cannot track the payment history and it would be difficult to identify.

The reason for us to lay down terms and conditions is that we wish to give the best

output to our clients. We always need your support. It is because of your trust that we

have grown to this height. We keep our promise till the end, whatever it takes.
