    DearMrPMu,
    This has reference to your quotation dated oy/o4/ t oo and to subsequent negotiations
    between us.
    We are pleased to hereby place our Order on you for Softscape Works Villa 3 H Phase 4 of
    our Project, KANDARA in Bali, on following terms and conditions.

    Drawings & SpeclHcations: All units shall be as per Landscape Architect’s Drawings and

    Schedule of Rates: This Order contains the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as well as the rates for
    each item agreed between Jepun Bali and PMC. These rates shall be used for variation
    purpose. The BOQ and the schedule of rates referred above are based on Landscape
    Architects BOQ, Drawings and Specifications. These Quantities have been verified by Jepun
    Bali and shall not claim additional quantities on acmunt of calculation errors and therefore
    the same are final and binding to Jepun Bali. PMC, however is entitled to verify the same
    and revise the same in ease it is found that the quantities are in exoeks of design. Further any
    design change prior to execution will automatically revise the quantities upwards or
    downwards as the case may be.
    Rates are exclusive of PPN which shall be added to the value of works carried out and paid to

    Retention: The amount equivalent to 5 • f the value of each Bill shall be retained by the
    PMC towards performance of the contract, eompletionofwork and fulfilment of defects
    liability by Jepun Bali. Retenoon amounts will not carry any interests.

    Time for Completion: zi days per villa.

    Contractor's Care of Other Works. Jepun Bali shall take full responsibility for the care of.
    all other works carried out by other contractors from the eommenoemént date until the date of
    completion if any loss or damage happens to the work during the above period the contractor
    shall rectify such loss or damage.

    Payment Schedule:
    i. 3o96 as advance
    > 4O96 when progress of work is app • 7596
    3 «s% after completion
    4 Balan • s 96 after 6 months from completion

    6(six) months guarantee on trees supplied by Jepun Bali.
