a). All PPEs & safety equipment required for the tube replacement jobs
b). Boiler Steam and Mud drum manholes openings
c). Drum internals to be removed wherever required for handling the proposed job
d). Skin plate removing for approach.
e). Scaffolding erection for approach to reached at location for removals of tubes
f). Removals of Bank tubes 9 (One Row) + 2 + 5 no’s = 16 no’s
g).Removals of Bank tubes from Boiler area
h). After removals of tubes holes grinding at Steam & Mud drum
i). Both side dummy welding in Steam & Mud Drum (16 no's Dummy)
j). Assembling of Steam and Mud drum Manholes
k). In Hydrotest, If no leakages, Removing of the scaffolding from positions
l). Boiler Draining & Opening of the Both Drum manholes for assembling of Steam Drum internals
m). Assembling of removed Steam Drum internals

Customer Scope
- Boiler de-pressuring, water washing and Boiler draining
- Providing of site Utilities like compressed Air, water, electricity & work permits
- Area Cleaning for approaches
- Insulations removal & re- fixing
- Boiler Valve isolations if required.
- Gagging of Safety valves for hydro test
- Hydraulic Test @90 Kg/Cm2 & identifying the leakages,
- All consumables required for the jobs, including dummies, Gaskets, Gland pickings, asbestos rope, refractory cartable, nuts &
Bolts, chain blocks etc
- Removing of soot blowers from positions
- Lights and Electricals connections for grinders
- Assembling of soot blowers,- Supply of Plugs

Warranty : The Supplier warrants that the Works, and its other performance, and all materials delivered, and other deliverables
are of high professional quality, free of defects and suitable for the use of the Works described in the Purchase Contract. The
Supplier agrees to promptly make good and eliminate, e.g. by repair, replacement and modifications, at its sole expense and
risk, any and all defects and deficiencies discovered in the Works during the warranty period irrespective of the reason for such
defect or deficiency (whether caused by the Supplier’s errors, omissions or negligence or otherwise, such as by Supplier’s
defective design or engineering, inappropriate materials or improper manufacture, assembly or Works).

The warranty period starts on the date of Takeover.

The job executed by you should be thoroughly checked and should be guaranteed for sound workmanship for a period of 12
2 months from the date of COMPLETION of job. Any part found defective or unserviceable during this guarantee period, due to WE AGREE FOR 06 MONTHS PERIOD
poor workmanship, should be immediately replaced / repaired free of cost by Contractor.

The Supplier shall bear the full cost of any and all measures taken pursuant to this warranty, such as new materials and
components, repair work, replacement delivery, removal and reinstallation, payroll, travel expenses and per diems, freight and
materials handling costs.

The Purchaser shall have the right to make good any (a) minor defects or deficiencies, and also (b) urgent repairs,
replacements and modifications, as well as (c) such repairs, replacements and modifications which the Supplier has failed to
make good, at Supplier’s cost. The Purchaser shall inform the Supplier without delay about such minor, urgent and failed make
good activities.

3 Time of Delivery : The scope of work needs to be completed including successful hydro test within 5 days from boiler handover. ACCEPTED

Delayed Delivery and Avoidance of Delays : LD for delay in completion of Erection & Commissioning beyond 05 days. 0.5%
4 NOT ACCEPTABLE
of contract value will be charged for every 24 hours delay in completion and to a maximum of 5% of the contract value.

Terms of Payment :
The Purchaser shall pay the Purchase Price to the Supplier in accordance with the following payment schedule:

• 20% Advance for site mobilization against receipt of Advance Bank Guarantee with original Tax invoice
FOR INDEMINITY BOND IF REQUIRED AS PER YOUR FORMAT
5 • 40% after dismantling tubes and receipt of Tax invoices.
• 30% after successful hydro test against receipt of tax invoices
OTHER PAYMENT TEMS ARE ACCEPTED
• 10% on completion of all works and receipt of bank guarantee for the warranty period.

Payment shall be done with 15 days credit as detailed above.

6 Validity Period : Offer or unit price shal be valid till end of Erection completion ACCEPTED
7 Manpower loading curve by daily acitivties to start and end of job ACCEPTED
8 Installation schedule to be submitted by Supplier ACCEPTED

Insurances : Based on the discussion earlier had with you by our Project Manager, we have understood that the following
points are covered for Insurance by Global Engineering.
12 A). Employees will be covered under general insurance policy WORKERES WILL BE COVERED UNDER WC POLICY INSTEAD OF ESIC
B). Workmen will be covered under ESIC
C). Tools & Tackles (any Vehicles like Hydra, trailers, cranes) will be covered under motor Insurance.
