• Client must pay at least Php 3000 as an advance payment to book the said event officially. It will serve the reservation
and any additional costs of the photographer may incur for travel and other reasonable costs necessary to the
performance of these services. Take note that the advance payment is non-refundable unless the photographers and
videographers cancelled the contract. Client should pay the full amount right after the said event.
• Upon signature, the photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations Page 2/2
for that time and date.
 • The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer/s in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not
limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the
Photographer’s direction. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s
failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
• The client understands that the quantity of photographs taken at the event can vary greatly and that engagement
photography by nature is an art, subject to the creativity of the photographer and his/her personal artistic style. The
client understands that he/she has chosen the photographer because of her photographic style, and will grant the
photographer the right to exercise her creativity in the interest of creating the best images possible. The client
understands he/she may not demand a refund, or a redo due to differences in artistic preferences of the final images.
• Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs and videos. The photographer does not
permanently archive image files and videos.
• The finish product/s will be available within the next 3-6 months including the photos, videos, frame and album. A
highlight photo will be uploaded on the official Facebook page as soon as possible after the event.
• Wedding film (40mins-1hour video) is not a wedding highlight nor a Same Day Edit Video style. It is a full wedding
video from preparation up to the end of the reception and will not be uploaded on the official page of Danongs
Photography.
