The quote is valid for 30 days subject to extension by the Service Provider.

Terms & Conditions

The below agreement is done between Wassim El Hajj, hereinafter referred to as “WH Worldwide”
address Saida, Lebanon, and “Mr. Charbel Koussa” hereinafter referred to as “The Client”

1. PAYMENT SCHEDULE, & PAYMENT TERMS

- The payment for the project will be delivered upon sighning the contract
- Social Media monthly retainers to be paid at the beginning of each month.
- The price of additional equipment, services and charges necessary to complete the Project
made necessary by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Client, in which
case, Artaic will advise Client in advance of any such additional charges.
2. DESIGN OPTIONS & RIGHTS
- WH Worldwide will provide the client with the agreed number of options and deliverables as
stated in the agreement. The Client will only receive the approved option along with the
working files. Any remaining options will remain the property of WH Worldwide.
- Client shall have the right at any time to make changes in drawings, designs specifications,
manufacture, materials, packaging, time and place of delivery and method of transportation
up to the date specified in the Project Proposal. If any such change causes an increase or
decrease in the cost of, or the time required for the performance of any part of the work under
this contract, whether changed or not changed by any such order, WH Worldwide reserves
the right to make an equitable adjustment in the price, delivery schedule, or Deliverables, or
all or any combination of the three.
- The client shall receive up to 3 revisions per deliverable, any additional revision shall be
charged separately at a specified hourly rate or per deliverable.
- Shall the client make any major changes outside than the provided bried, WH worldwide has
the right to update the prices, timeline and project delivery.
