    Procedure

    Phase A: Blend emollients slowly into the BioJelly, under constant stirring, until even and smooth.
    Phase B: Pre-mix, then add gradually to phase A under good stirring until smooth.
    This product is best packaged into a bottle with treatment pump.

    Properties

    Primer that leaves the skin satiny and prepped for makeup applications. A little product goes a long way. Contains
    powders that have a blurring effect.
