    Make sure you have gameconfig, heap and packfile adjusters.

    Drop the file 'grimelspd' here:


    C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

    Navigate to here and locate the file 'dlclist.xml':


    C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\
    data

    Edit the dlclist and add the following line underneath your listed dlc packs, but
    above the line that says </Paths>
    <Item>dlcpacks:/grimelspd/</Item>

    Next, go to your main gta directory and open your ELS file.. I have a retail copy
    so this is my path:
    C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

    when in here, drag and drop the contents (not the file) of 'ELS XML' here.
