8.Warranty:- Duration of warranty is for 12 months from date of commissioning or 13 months from the date of material at your site, whichever is earlier.
Warranty not applicable for the non function of the machine/damage of machine/motor due to normal wear & tear of the parts, for the consumables, any
accidents, wrong operation, failures due to poor or improper or irregular preventive maintenance of the equipment's as per OEM instructions. The
consumables oils, rubber components & electrical components are not covered in the warranty scope. Warranty is purely for the manufacturing defects,
workmanship defects if any.
9.Service:- Service will be free from 1 year from installation date.
10.Dispatch Time:- Ready stock.
11.Unloading :- Unloading and material shifting at location will be on customer Scope
12.Installation Charges:- New age scope & labour will be on customer scope
13.Installation Terms:- Technician will be provided by New Age, Labour & Electricity arrangement will be on customer Scope
