work with Sharon Barr.

Also, I wanted to get back to you concerning the mechanical side of the house.
We are good with having Isabel returned to QCH and work with Shawn on mental
health and other projects with the team.

Hi Susan,
QCH remains our top priority. I want to ensure the hospital and your team receive the
continued and expected level of service and attention from our firm. As part of that plan, I
have been trying to get QCH the attention of the most qualified individuals on our team.

I have reached out to Sharon to discuss continuing working solely on major QCH electrical
projects. That includes that ongoing Main Electrical room upgrades and future expansion.
She expressed interest in doing that.

I can tell you it took much less convincing than I had anticipated. It was more like just opening
a door. Sharon has a deep connection to the hospital and genuinely enjoys working with you,
Peter and the team. I will continue to work closely with her on the large projects. It will be a
great opportunity to have “closed-transition” for when/if she eventually decides to stop
working.

The details still need to be worked out. This is all fresh from yesterday. I have not discussed
this with anyone else other than Directors at VR. She is going away for a couple of weeks. I
just wanted to let you know as soon as I got the OK from Sharon. You could let Peter know if
you like. I’m sure he would be happy to know. But please keep it between us until we give
Sharon a chance to work out the details of her involvement and make it public.
