Preparing printing plates.

• Installation:
Never install the processor in explosive environments.
It is the responsibility of the owner and operator/s of this processor, that the installation is made in
accordance with local regulations, and by engineers authorized to carry out plumbing and electrical
installations.
Installation, service and repair must be performed only by service technicians who are trained in servicing
the equipment.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation of this
processor.

"END OF LIFETIME" DISPOSAL

The equipment is designed for easy disassembling.

All disposal of parts from the machine must be made according to local regulations with special regards to
the following parts:

• For recycling purposes all polymeric components with a minimum weight of 20 g (0.7 oz), are marked
with material specification according to the ISO 11469 standard.

• PCB's and other electric components must be sent to a suitable waste deposit.

4. OPERATING PROCEDURES

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE

lubricated with SAE 20/50 Oil, and the tension
checked and re-set if required every 6-12 months.

GUM ROLLER ADJUSTMENT

Roller level
The bottom roller should be 12 mm into the fluid.
This will apply the proper coating of finisher to the
plate.

When rollers are properly aligned they provide a
clean nip and avoid the finisher to run back along
the rollers.
