Leader

There are different leadership styles like autocratic, democratic, and laissez-faire. The leader
for my idea needs to be able to cooperate with other team members while providing clear
points to reach our goals. They should think analytically as there are always new challenges
when starting a new business or a business on a new market. They should be able to think
through the processes and make the right decisions. They need to understand the current
market situations and the trends. We would need leaders in different areas of the company,
like for the IT or commerce/marketing department. They definitely need to be respectful,
self-aware and communicative. Problem solving and active listening are also an important
part of their characteristics. Even though cooperative skills are important, they must have a
stance. That way their words have credibility. Not to mention that they need to focus on
further innovation/development and be passionate about the company’s goals.
The team members skills depend on the departments I mentioned earlier. To be precise, an
IT coworker doesn’t need to have the same skills as e.g., the marketing specialist has. The
members in the commerce field need to have great communication, collaboration skills. They
also need to show empathy and be respectful especially if working with customers. On the
other hand, an IT member needs to be eager to learn and develop their skills. In addition,
they should have problem solving abilities. However, there are overlaps in the skills each
department needs to have. I mentioned these two departments as an example, because they
are usually more different than the others.
