DESCALING CHEMICAL
MAXCLEAN-06 is an off-line descalant for removal of organic deposits and
silica scales from boiler heat exchangers, etc. It is a balanced formulation
containing a caustic, a wetting agent and silica deposit penetrants.

BENEFITS :
REMOVES SILICA DEPOSITS
Alkalinity along with silica penetrant in
MAXCLEAN-06 helps to remove silicious
deposits from boilers. The deposits are
loosened and can then be removed by flushing
or light brushing.

REMOVES ORGANIC DEPOSITS

MAXCLEAN-06 contains a wetting agent
which emulsifies oil and grease in the
deposition. The wetting agent also softens the
resin and carbonised matter in sugar boiler
evaporator pans.
APPLICATION AND DOSAGE :
MAXCLEAN-06 should be used as a 5% to 10% solution in water.
For quick action it is preferable to circulate hot solution. In the boiler,
the solution may be boiled until scale is removed under
atmospheric pressure.

HANDLING, STORAGE AND PRECAUTIONS :

MAXCLEAN-06 is a strongly alkaline in nature. Avoid contact with Sustainable Solutions in
skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash with large quantity of fresh Energy & Environment
water. Normal precautions should also be taken while handling Chemical Division
caustic solution. Do not swallow. MAXCLEAN-06 can be stored ISO 9001 : 2000 &14001: 2004 & OHSAS 18001 : 1999
