JUDGMENT

Having thoroughly analyzed the facts and reviewed the applicable laws relevant to the issues
raised by the parties herein, it is hereby
ADJUDGED:

That the sole contention of the appellant to the effect that his poll watchers were denied access
to (6) polling centers, being contrary to the records before this Court, and the evidence adduced
at the hearing, which established that the poll watchers of the appellant’s party were present at
the said polling centers and signed the records of the account, the ruling of the Board of
Commissioners of the National Elections Commission (NEC) which confirmed the ruling of the
Hearing Officer of Maryland County, dismissing the appellants complaint, is hereby affirmed.

The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the NEC to resume jurisdiction
over this case and give effect to this Judgment. Costs are ruled against the appellant. AND IT
IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.
