How To Make Seblak Carbonara (Soup'e Carbonara)

Seblak is a typical Bandung dish that is famous for its deliciousness and popularity among teenagers.
Carbonara, on the other hand, is an Italian sauce that has become famous worldwide because of its
uniqueness. By combining these two elements, we have created a delicious and flavorful dish that is
perfect for the current trend. Our product is your passport to Flavour Town!

Ingridients:
 Crackers (250 g)
 Eggs (12 pcs)
 Macaroni (500 g)
 Sausage (250 g)
 Meatball (100 g)
 Heavy cream (500 g)
 Milk (1000 g)
 Parmesan cheese (250 g)
 Cornstach (100 g)
 Button mushroom (250 g)
 Onions (2 pcs)

 Pan
 Spatula
 Spoon
 Cutboard
 Bowl
 Plate
 Knife
 Stove
 Gas

Packaging:
 Paper bowl 4 pcs

The steps :
• Prepare the ingredients and tools that will be used, start by boiling the crackers, macaroni, sausages,
and meatballs.
• Then make the carbonara sauce, sauté garlic, button mushrooms, and onions. Beat eggs, egg yolks,
heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and milk in a bowl until evenly mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the mixture into the sautéed garlic and stir until evenly mixed.
• Put all the boiled ingredients and carbonara sauce into a pan and sauté, add eggs and stir-fry until
cooked.
• When it is cooked, transfer it into packaging and arrange it neatly.
• Seblak Carbonara is ready!
