records. All un-presented Post Dated / Security Cheques submitted to us at the time of loan disbursement shall be cancelled/ destroyed at our end in 7
working days from the date of termination of loan contract.

8. If the Borrower at the time of closure of the Loan or at any time before 6 months from the closure of the Loan or up to 3 months after the closure of the
Loan avails any other loan from the BMW Financial Services for financing any vehicle for personal usage manufactured by BMW India Private Limited, the
Borrower shall be eligible for a waiver of full amount of Early Termination Charges along with applicable taxes paid by the Borrower hereunder.
