Dear Atty. Joseph Bartolata,

Greetings, I am Almira B. Bragais, a first-year student at your college, writing to request a

refund of my tuition fees for Civil Procedure. As a result of dropping this course, I am unable to
continue, and believe I am eligible for a refund under your refund policy.

I enrolled for this second semester on January 08, 2024, and made a payment of ₱ 10,000 on the
same day. Upon checking with our college registrar it was said that my partial payment is
eligible for a refund.

Your prompt response to this matter is greatly appreciated. I understand that the process might
take some time. Please inform me about the necessary steps and any further information from my
end.
