I, [ ], am the author / sole and exclusive owner of all the intellectual

property rights, including copyrights vested in the original script / motion picture script / screenplay /story / concept /
creative ideas / suggestions / titles / plans / programs / slogans / books / summaries / bibles / dialogues / pitch
decks / story arcs / literary works / lyrics / dramatic works / musical works sound recording / or any other creative
work titled
in _______________ language (“Material”). I am submitting the Material to Contagious Online Media Network Private
Limited (“COMNPL”) on such terms and conditions as mentioned herein. For the sake of clarity, COMNPL shall mean and
include Contagious Online Media Network Private Limited along with its subsidiary, associate, holding company or any
subsidiary, associate of such holding company including its directors, promoters, employees, officers, andrepresentatives.
The following shall constitute an agreement between myself and COMNPL for the submission of the Material
(“Agreement”), which shall be submitted on the following conditions:

1. Submission and review: I request COMNPL to review and evaluate the Material submitted by myself, to decide
whether COMNPL will undertake efforts to acquire all or parts of the said Material. I shall not be entitled to any
compensation from COMNPL, and the submission of the Material does not imply in any way that COMNPL
agrees to compensate me in any manner, unless COMNPL decides to use the Material with or without changes,
at the sole discretion of COMNPL. I agree that the submission of the Material shall not be construed as approval
of any part of the Material by COMNPL.

2. No fiduciary or confidential relationship: I further understand that COMNPL would refuse to accept and
evaluate the Material in the absence of my acceptance of each and all the provisions of this Agreement. I
acknowledge that no fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between COMNPL and myself, and I
further acknowledge that no such relationships are established between COMNPL and myself by reason of this
Agreement or by reason of my submission to COMNPL of the Material. I understand that the Material
submitted to COMNPL is voluntary and is in no way solicited by COMNPL and that the submission of the
Material is not in confidence and are limited to the Material submitted to COMNPL under this Agreement. There
is no agreement between myself and COMNPL, express or implied, relating to the use or failure to use the
Material submitted to COMNPL.

3. Similarity to other material: I acknowledge that COMNPL is a prominent and a well reputed content production
company in the entertainment industry and COMNPL/its associates/employees/consultants constantly create(s),
receive(s) and/or develop(s) or otherwise acquire(s) material or elements, including but notlimited to, unsolicited
submissions (“COMNPL Material”), that may be similar or identical to the Material. In the event the Material
is completely or partially identical/similar or there are any similarities or elements of similarities to such other
materials submitted to or developed by COMNPL, I shall not be entitled to any compensation from COMNPL
and/or I shall not seek to enforce any other right or action including any legal recourse against COMNPL in
relation to the Material. I further acknowledge that such COMNPL Material may be used in the future which is
generated independently or acquired lawfully but may resemble any part of the Material. In view of this, I
renounce any claim of plagiarism or threat of litigation or claim on the ground that COMNPL has misappropriated
any ideas or portion of the Material in any further productions of the COMNPL.

4. Original Work: Unless otherwise disclosed in Annexure A, I represent and warrant that (i) I am the author of
the said Material and the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights including copyrights vested
in the Material and all elements thereof and have the exclusive, unconditional right and authority to submit the
Material to COMNPL upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, (ii) the Material is original and does not
violate any intellectual property rights including, copyright, proprietary rights or other rights of any person
or entity, and (iii) The Material is free from any lien, encumbrance, charges and no third party has any rights, title
or interest therein or thereto.

5. Indemnity: I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless COMNPL (and its officers, directors,
employees and representatives) against and for any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs
(including without prejudice to the generality of this provision legal costs on a full indemnity basis), awards and
expenses however arising directly and indirectly from or related to the Material, including the use thereof by
COMNPL, or breach of any undertakings, representations or warranties and obligations given by me herein.

6. No Injunction: Notwithstanding anything contained herein, it is agreed that I shall not be entitled to seek or
obtain any injunction or other equitable relief against COMNPL (including COMNPL’s subsequent
assignee/licensees) in any manner, pertaining to the Material on the mere account of submission of the Material.
 7. Timeline and return of Material: I agree that COMNPL shall have the right to review and confirm the Material
(whether in whole or in part) for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of the submission of the Material with
COMNPL or if the Material is rejected by COMNPL in writing, whichever is earlier. I understand and agree that
in case I do not receive any intimation from COMNPL within the aforesaid 90 (ninety) days of submission of
the Material, it will be deemed to have been rejected and COMNPL shall not be obligated to notify me of such
rejection or to return the submitted Material to me. I agree and acknowledge that during the period of 90 (ninety)
days from the date of submission of the Material, I shall not submit, pitch and/ or enter into any agreements/
arrangements with any third-parties in relation to the Material. I have retained at least one copy of the Material,
and I release COMNPL from any and all liability for loss or other damage to the copies of Material submitted
hereunder.

8. Script Narration Meeting: Post submission of the Material as provided in Clause 13 hereinbelow, I shall deliver
a detailed script narration to COMNPL officials. On the basis of this narration and after evaluating the Material,
COMNPL shall have the sole discretion to decide whether to accept and/or accordingly, enter into a formal
agreement to capture detailed terms & conditions as provided in the Clause 10 hereinbelow.

9. Formal written agreement: I further agree that no other obligations exist or shall exist or be deemed to exist,
unless and until a formal written longform agreement (“LFA”) has been entered into by and between COMNPL
and myself, and the rights and obligations of each of COMNPL and myself shall be expressed in said formal
written agreement. The compensation for services shall be mutually agreed and shall form part of such written
LFA.

10. Severability: If any provision in this Agreement becomes invalid or illegal or adjudged unenforceable, the
provision shall be deemed to have been severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this
Agreement shall not, so far as possible, be affected by the severance.

11. Governing Law: The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Entire understanding: This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and arrangements and constitutes the
entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and no addition to or
variation of any of its terms shall be valid unless in writing and signed by a person duly authorized on behalf of
myself and COMNPL, respectively.

13. Mode of Submission: The executed/signed copy of this submission release form along with the Material (if any)
shall be uploaded on the following link:

I understand that until this Agreement is returned to COMNPL, fully signed by me, COMNPL shall be under no obligation to
evaluate the Material.

Note: In case, the material submitted is based on any literary work, is a biography or is based on any existing third-party
work, the person submitting the material must disclose the same and all the requisite approvals, licenses should be attached
to the submission release form as Annexure A.
