In the RAC (for youth)

While the rac is an amazing place that has

become a home to us all (MYself included) i
have picked up a few things that we can do in-
order to switch it up. My main ideas were:
Lighting on the stage - When doing Praise
and worship, we could make the lights on the
stage brighter, switch make the lights
brighter.
Live music - although there is nothing wrong
with our current style of music, it would be
nice to a more instruments on stage, to
really connect and feel the music. Like
adding a drumset & a choir on stage.
Once in a while - hand pick someone from
within the youth to share either their
testimonies or share what has been on their
heart. Sometimes, even someone from the
dream team
Tea and Coffee Station - To better manage
the amount of coffee, tea, sugar and milk
that is being wasted, we can have two
volunteers working the station. This will also
help lessen the mess.
Photos and Selfie booth - We can have a
back drop with the Rhema Youth logo and a
few other designs for those that want to take
pictures after services
MONDAY
NIGHT
PRAYER
Monday Night Prayer is without a doubt - a
beautiful idea. Here are a few ideas we can
use to further improve this!

Main ideas:
Random Selection - This means that the
leader/host can select somebody whom
they feel will do a good job at leading.
Random Selection isn't only limited to
choosing people, it can also be for
different MNP
Different MNP - This is where we have
different types of MNP like, Praise and
Worship, or bible study. This is to keep
the youth on their toes for suprises.
Advertisement - We need to let youth
know that we have MNP at the beginning
and the end of service. We can also make
use of "NEWS@YOUTH”
NEWS@YOUTH
NEWS@YOUTH, the same concept as that of
the main auditorium. This is for
announcements around what's happening in
and around our youth (Redemption &
Rhema). This will also be a better way for the
youth to take note of such. This is because
we are more likely to remember something if
we have seen it, as opposed to hearing it.
The question: "How will this work?” Must
come to mind.

We can:
Speak to the main production team for
training the youth production team. To
edit and shoot our news.
Have volunteers who want to feature,
feature. We will inform them and their
parents. Thereafter, we will send and
indemnity form along with the person
who will send the picture back to the
production team. Finally, they will set a
date for script practice then recording.
NEWS@YOUTH clips, can also be shared
on the Instagram and Tik Tok pages for
the youth, again, to remind them.
SOCIAL MEDIA
YouTube
YouTube is a place where most teenagers are
on after Tik Tok and Instagram. We can start
recording our sermons, have interviews around
the church and even vlog our events.

What do we need?
1. Training from the main production team
Operating the cameras
Switching from scene to scene
Managing the YouTube channel
2. A camera
3. Volunteers who are able to operate camera's
4. Someone who will be in-charge of the
channels look
In terms of vlooging, we can choose or pick
someone who will vlog for that day. This is
mainly for those who are looking at joining
youth and getting a sense of how youth events
go down
SOCIAL MEDIA
Instagram

The style of Instagrams leadership is already

perfect. Once a week we could host instagram
lives of one of the singers singing, choir
practice and a look into what it looks like when
preparing for events.

This will be easier to manage. So, what do we

need?

1. Hosts - Who is interviewing?

2. Guests - Who are we interviewing?
3. Camera man who will follow the host around
when needed or, just monitor the camera.

We can also randomly post polls about

feedback. If you go back to page 4, you will
notice I mentioned bible study. Now, the polls
can be centered around that or "how well do
you know Genisis?”
SOCIAL MEDIA
Spotify

Rhema Youth needs its own Spotify channel

where we will post podcasts for on the go or for
background noise whilst studying, working or
even exercising. The sermons from Youtube can
be directly posted on to the podcast channel.

We can also have many different themes for the

Spotify podcast channel like:

Insperation
Testemonies
Some struggles and solutions
Break downs of the sermons
CHECK IN

At Rhema Youth, the purpose is to grow the

kingdom of God whilst creating a family. This
new idea can help people vent or even reflect
to inspire others. I call this process "CHECK IN”.
Check in will happen at the end of each month
for an hour and thirty minutes (1h30mins) for
youth to just talk and unpack things that either
bothered them or uplifted them. We can use
the same zoom room that we use for MNP. We
need only a house for this process. This will be
an amazing way to connect with youth, to really
understand the youth as well as their
backgrounds.
