ans=34c - please note that 34c applies when vessels are in sight of one another, so you CANNOT sound signals as per 34
in RV, period!!
My understanding of this situation is that nowhere in the rules are any signals prescribed for overtaking in RV, so there
ARE no signals in RV!!
