The war of 1812 also known as the second war of the United States independence mainly due to the

generation of the amount of pride is instilled in each citizen along with aiding in consolidating the
insights and views of politics that developed after the war. It had reached such an extent in which the
time frame after the war concluded in the year 1815, This situation was founded to be titled as the “Era
of Good Feelings”. However, it was showcased that there were numerous divisions amongst the
association of federalists who motivated and rooted Great Britain along with several other political
entities who seek expansion in vast areas, not to forget the West and all those who helped promote the
thoughts of the great French revolution. Now on discussing the examples of divisions, it was the
northeastern region of the United States who depended upon trade with Great Britain. As a result, the
members of the committee were faced with the threat of beginning a war. The federalist were the
individuals that were held responsible for supporting the war based on the fact of using the war as an
opportunity to expand their agenda. There was a split division within the congress between both the
democratic republicans whose interest laid widely in the area of cutting ties with England and the
federalists who supported Britain at the time. It can be agreed upon that the war was laid out a heavy
impact on the United States as it resulted in the downfall of the entire federalist organization and
uplifted the definition of the idea of a nations operation without the involvement of Great Britain. For
example, the victory earned at New Orleans provided motivation to grow the soul of the expansionism
as it would define the character of all the years leading to the civil war, along with that it instructed a
strengthened the opinion and power opposing the native American communities that were forcefully
chased into the West. It proved to be a definite turning point for the troubles of the native Americans
caused by the vast length of expansion into the Western territories
