CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT

This Cancellation agreement is made at Gurgaon on this ……day of

February 2024 BETWEEN, Sanjay Gupta Aadhar Number son of

Shri Dayal Ram Gupta resident of 1092, Sector 13 HUDA Karnal

(hereinafter called the 'FIRST PARTY') of the one part.

AND

Mr. ………………………………. (hereinafter called the SECOND

PARTY of the other part.

The expression "FIRST PARTY" and "SECOND PARTY" shall mean

and include their respective heirs, successors, representatives and assigns.

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY has entered into an agreement to Sale

dated …………. with the second party as mentioned above for purchase

against the Plot Number 2933 measuring 224.315 Sq mtrs situated at

Sector 56-56A, Faridabad, Haryana at the total cost of Rs…………….

(Rupees ……………………………. Five Only).

That Now above Agreement to Sale cancelled by mutual consent of both

the parties. And both parties have no objection regarding the above said
property.

The Second Party has paid back the earnest money as mentioned in the
agreement dated ………… which is acknowledge by the First Party has
received by the first party from the Second Party and nothing due to the
first party for the above-mentioned property.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, both the FIRST PARTY and SECOND

PARTY have signed this agreement in token of their accepting the terms

hereinabove given in the presence of the following witnesses.
