1. Application based questions / Higher Order
Agenda Examination
Question papers Thinking Skills to be included in the question

paper.

2. Third language teachers to kindly meet principal

ma’am regarding the question papers.

3. The teachers should update the corrections of

the work done in notebooks

4. This is to be followed by uploading of report

cards.

5. Be careful while making question papers and avoid

evident errors.

6. Marking schemes for all subjects to be updated

post changes in the question paper post my

inputs.

7. 3 written revisions are a must for all grades in all

subjects

Board and internal 8. No leaves will be approved during the period of
examination
examination, that is, from 16.02.24 to 02.04.24.

Any and all leaves availed during the said days will

be LEAVES WITHOUT PAY.

9. 7.3.24 and 11.3.24- we have our Internal and

External examination both so we have to be extra

vigilant .

10. Be extra vigilant during your invigilation duties.

11. A principal (outside observer) will be in our

school during the days of board examination.

12. PE department teachers to please be vigilant

during all times .

Others 13. Madhup Sir to assign duty roster wise in the field

during the lunch break.

14. The children are not allowed to bring any junk

food, write a note in the almanac for the same.

15. Teachers to please step out in the corridors

during the lunch break after having their food.

16. The teacher who takes the last lesson in the class

will do the dispersal of that particular class and

will be held solely responsible for any cause for

concern.The co scholastics teachers to proceed

to the class along with their class (in the last

lesson ) and be responsible for dispersal.

17. Corridors to be noise free zones and it is

incumbent on all stakehoders to hold hand and

ensure the same.

18. We should not sit in the classroom while

teaching.

19. NO mobile phones in the classroom.if found the

same will be confiscated and become the

property of the school

20. The teachers should check the children regularly-

whether they are in the proper uniform, the

hair/nails are trimmed or not..

21. NO whatsapp to be working in your laptop

during school hours.

22. If we want to use phone in the class for taking

pictures, please send a message/ mail in the

morning itself in the Teacher’s Group and

diligently put it away post the completion of the

purpose.
