    This is to certify that Premier Cement Mills PLC, a reputed Cement manufacturing company
    of Bangladesh, represented by it's Managing Director Mr. Mohammed Amirul Haque having
    business address at Seacom Center, 10, Sk. Mujib Road, Agrabad C/A, Chattogram has been
    maintaining a satisfactory conducted Current Account bearing no # 1021100016033 with our
    Agrabad Branch since 28/08/2006. Meanwhile, the client has been enjoying a composite
    credit facility up to nine digits from our bank since long. As on today and in line with our
    records, "No classified" liability has been found at our end. The business performance of the
    client is found satisfactory so far with DBBL, Corporate Business Division, Chattogram Cluster
    and all their accounts with us are very much regular till to date.

    This certificate is being issued at the request of the customer/client without any risk and
