INTRODUCTION

GIGIH AVENUE SDN BHD (GASB) was established on 07 Julai 2005 under the
Companys Act 1965. All shares of GASB are fully Bumiputera owned. The establishment of GASB is our first effort to increase the level of success in bumiputeras. GASB objective is to provide the service of supplying and manpower for efficient welders to all our clients. Realizing the satisfactory needs of clients is the main factor that determines the success of a company, GASB ensures a high efficient, effective and innovative to meet the competitively-dynamic challenges globalize market. GASB believes that managing and outsourcing highly qualified welders at all times is the main contribution from GASB to succeed.

FROM OUR CHAIRMAN

Assalamualaikum and greetings, I would like to wish a warm welcome to all those who are involved in engineering industry across many sectors.

We are one of the agencies that responsible towards the nation's human factor development and progress, and we hope that all concerned parties would give the necessary encouragement and morale boost to increase our nation economic strength.
The oil & gas and shipping sectors in Malaysia are emerging as the most important regional hub. This in turn is creating a surge in the demand for experienced workforce and if a shortage of manpower which cannot be fulfilled will lead in wastage of time and money. This provides an opportunity for our local highly skilled talent with relevant experience to emerge as nation building workforce capable of achieving great expectations. It is hoped that the country's talent would not only be able to fulfil and perform their skills on the job but to also improve societys economy and social growth. With the economy growing quarter on quarter, the need for skilled workforce persists. I convey my support and action to help industry players in developing Malaysia into internationally respectable engineering hub and nation.

Marketing management for projects and clients tender to stationed the assigned welders. Operation Management to monitor before, during and after process of bringing in the welders in respective companies.

Selection Procedure
1. Upon receiving the demand letter from client, we will
arrange for our candidate listing to match the requirement. Our system will launched to find out the most competent candidate. 2. Those candidate who agreed to the terms and conditions of employment and are declare fit, they are called for a preliminary interview, to be conducted by our specialist.

Selected candidate are short listed for final interview with

client representative. 3. Once the candidate is selected, we will complete other formalities pertaining to the work deployment into the clients company.
