SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
a. Manage and maintain the LIS-BEIS of the school as the School System Admin.
b. Lead in the preparation and on-time submission of the school’s Early Registration and Enrollment
Quick count in the system.
c. In charge of uploading on-time the complete and correct School Profile (GESP, GJHSP, GSHSP) in
the BEIS.
d. In charge of uploading on-time the complete and correct NSBI report in the BEIS

f. Online submission of SF 7 quarterly (first week of August, November, February, May) to this link:

g. Provide assistance to class advisers in updating of status of learners of the System.
