BUSINESS TITLE: SANA OIL CHILI GARLIC

A Business proposal submitted by Jhoniza Ann Jae G. Cruz, BSBA FM 1-3

I. INTRODUCTION:
A fabulous hot sauce of Chinese or Vietnamese origin but now with a twist.
Chili Garlic Oil is made to spice-up your taste buds and make your snacks more
enjoyable. One of my favorite condiments to make is Chili Garlic Oil I love
being able to customize what goes in to suit my taste. This is an easy Chili
Garlic Oil with delicious bits of garlic and chiles soaked in an aromatic oil. They
can use this Sana Oil Chili Garlic for anything and everything ̶ think dipping
sauces, over noodles, stir-fry, tofu dishes, salads, and more!

II. MISSION
My mission is to produce more of this Chili Garlic Oil that anyone in our
fast-paced world can use to quickly and easily prepare a homemade chili garlic
oil use to enhance the flavor of a wide variety of other foods making it a
seasoning standard in homes everywhere.
III. VISION
To be the neighborhood’s centric with an idea of improving our product by
putting a surprising twist to differentiate it from existing products.

IV. SHORT TERM OBJECTIVE

● To maintain good product and service qualities.

● To offer affordable prices of the different varieties produce to the


customers.
● To gain numerous customers to yield high profit in a year.

V. PROCESS OF SANA OIL CHILI GARLIC


The Sana Oil Chili Garlic consist different types of ingredients such as
minced garlic, pepper, red chili and oil.

STEPS OF MAKING SANA OIL CHILI GARLIC:

⮚ Put oil in a pan.

⮚ Next, over medium heat, add the mince garlic in a pan.

⮚ Once small bubbles start to appear and you see the garlic start to sizzle
in the oil, you can lower the heat to low and keep it at a constant
temperature to be sure the garlic don’t burn.
⮚ Leave for around 15-20 minutes to allow the spices to slowly infuse the
flavours in the oil.
⮚ Taste your Chili Oil and feel free to season with more salt, if desired.

⮚ Mix well and allow to cool completely before covering the jar.

Sana Oil Chili Garlic’s target customers are the people who loves spicy foods.

VII. BUSINESS GOALS


In our chili garlic oil business goal is to make more people aware of our
product. These are some way for them to know, one is our social media like
facebook account and Instagram. Marketing and advertising group is currently
working on our website and putting information about my business into some
social medias.
