VISION
Grill Bite is real deal barbeque. We have a passion for doing barbeque right. But
we’re more than just another restaurant. We’re more than just a business. We’re
also raising money and raising awareness things that are important to Grill Bite.
OBJECTIVE
Grill Bite is a business that is established to be a pacesetter when it comes to how
standard BBQ restaurant and store be run in Caloocan City and even in the
Philippines. The Grill Bite aims to serve healthy, affordable, local food. Creating the
most comfortable dining experience possible. We have the goal of assembling a
team a dedicated workforce who will give our customers excellent customer service
at all times, a team that will ensure that we will continue to have repeated customers
and a team that will indeed make us the melting pot for barbecue lovers and
socialites in Caloocan City.

In the field of business, you need to take risks to be strong person. You also need to
handle the customer and have patience of course to have a good image in your
business.

In planning a business, you need to be determined in order to


achieve your goal for your business. Taking risks is already
part of it, but what matters the most is you always comeback
with the reason of why you started it in the first place. Knowing
your goal and the reason of why you are pursuing the
business you plan will keep you motivated.

We offer both Filipino and Korean grilled meat and dishes. The staff is very friendly
and offers amusingly fast service, too.

2. The features and benefits of what I am selling are:

Upon entering the restaurant is like stepping into a real Korean one with a Filipino
twist of course. Sing along to your favorite KPOP and OPM songs as they play all
throughout the day and ready your ‘grams for a nice flatlay of their mouthwatering
side dishes. Also, Soju will always be waiting to be served. The tables are designed
having two grill pan (one for Filipino dishes and one for Korean dishes). The place
is just perfect for get-togethers of barkadas or families.

3. My products/services differ from my competition by:

The difference of our product and services in my competitors are, mostly the
restaurants nowadays offers only one delicacy when it comes to grilled foods
while, our restaurant offers both Filipino and Korean dishes which blends in our
neo culture today. You can have samgyupsal along with the infamous lechon
manok or grilled liempo.

Since our main product is grilled dishes, we offer both Filipino and Korean
delicacies.

restaurants. The only difference is, they can grill both Filipino and Korean dishes.

We offer both Filipino and Korean grilled meat and dishes. We serve a meal that are
good for 2, 4 and 6. It ranges from P399 to P1199. Our first branch is located at SM
Grand Central in South Caloocan. The staff is very friendly and offers amusingly fast
service, too.

I think the most effective way to promote my product is through famous vloggers
which is one of the trends now. Since people nowadays especially, the Generation
Z watches youtube frequently, it is very likely possible for them to at least see this
whenever it features from one of the video vlog of the vloggers. Also, creating a
page in social media which provides my restaurant’s information will also help to
advertise what we are offering and to interact with the customer’s inquiries.
